Nadine Studer is a Senior Legal Counsel at ENQUIRE. She uses her broad legal know-how and practical experience in complex investigation projects, which often focus on financial market issues (such as combating money laundering, corporate governance, conflicts of interest) and white-collar crime (corruption, fraud, etc.).
Before joining ENQUIRE, Nadine gained invaluable professional experience working in the Legal & Compliance departments of two Swiss banks for about ten years. Thanks to her advisory work with both front-end (corporate, retail and private banking with Swiss and international clients) and back-office units (employment law, data protection, marketing), she is intimately familiar with banking processes and the challenges that financial institutions face in their day-to-day business. Upon her successful transition, Nadine worked as a consultant for a well renowned Swiss consulting firm for several years and focused primarily on conducting internal and regulatory investigations. She also advised financial institutions on the design and implementation of robust cross-border service models.
Nadine is a registered Attorney-at-Law and holds an Executive Master’s Degree of European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Nadine is a regular speaker at universities and other teaching institutions on investigation-related topics and publishes in professional journals on current legal questions.
